Lisa Rogak is a New York Times bestselling author and independent journalist who writes about food, travel, and wine. After living in New Hampshire for two decades and Charleston, South Carolina, for two years, she decided she was only happy when she was a) exploring a new place, and b) on the move. So she became officially homeless in the fall of 2010 in order to travel full-time. So far in 2010, she’s visited Norway, Spain, Bermuda, Panama, Scotland, Switzerland, Mexico, St. Martin, Grand Cayman, Anguilla, Antigua, Barbuda, and Tortola, and the year isn’t over yet.
