I find many uses for my whisk. I have a great roll between hands technique. I also really enjoy using cast iron pans ad pots. yet, as you noticed the two are not on speaking terms, they can hurt each other. Now you let me know about silicon whisks. Oh My – thank you. This is just to tool to get them being best buds. More fun for me.

For me, whisks are fun to use. I think it is the rapid motion that entertains me. The flat bottom design makes a lot of sense for pork chop gravy, my favorite.

One of my pet peeves has long been the fact that whisks don’t do well in some containers. Good to see that a design has been created to improve that, and the fact that it is silicone is icing on the cake.

I have always had terrible luck wiith sauces and gravies. I think a lot of it in the beginning I didn’t like the sound of the whisk against the pan. Maybe this will help me!!

ooohhh.. I’m drooling over this whisk! I still haven’t found my good one since we’ve been unpacking (it’s nowhere near as fun as this one though!) and the one I am using is so weak, it barely does the job.

This looks great and I love that you can use it with any type of cookware.

This looks great as I am a kitchen tool junkie! I am a huge fan of whisks but this one is gorgeous as whisks go! I love to use them to make gravy or sauces-no other way to do it-and I make white sauces and gravy often because my family likes that. A flat bottom would definitely have benefits.
